Information We Collect:

We may collect personal information, such as your name, email address, and other relevant details when you register an account or submit information through our website. We also collect non-personal information, such as your IP address and browsing behavior, to improve our services and enhance your user experience.

Use of Information:

We use the information collected to provide and personalize our services, respond to inquiries and requests, improve our website functionality, and communicate with you about updates and relevant information. We may also use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes.

Location Tracking During Working Hours:

"Dwamee" collects and processes employees' geographical location data exclusively during active duty periods-starting from the "Clock-In" event until the "Clock-Out" event. This tracking is intended to allow managers and supervisors to verify employee presence within designated work zones and ensure operational efficiency. We are strictly committed to employee privacy; therefore, all location-sharing and tracking features are fully and automatically deactivated once the employee "Clocks Out" via the application. No tracking or data collection occurs outside of official working hours.

Information Sharing:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and deliver our services. We may also disclose your information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Data Security:

We use security measures consistent with industry standards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention:

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and fulfill legitimate business purposes. In general, account and operational records are kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after account closure, unless a longer period is required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, dispute resolution, or audit requirements.

Data Deletion and Triggers:

Deletion is triggered when you request account deletion, when your organization terminates the service and requests data removal, or when retention periods expire. Once triggered, we delete or anonymize eligible personal data from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, while limited records may be retained where legally required or needed to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites before submitting any personal information.
